Support Michel's recovery and family's future

Michel is a loving husband, best friend and greatest love to his wife Erin. A beautiful, devoted father to Isah and Batul and a dear friend to so many. Just in his natural way he has touched our lives and those around him who have the privilege of knowing him.

He is so kind hearted and always seems to have a smile on his face. His willingness to help out whoever is in need, is a true testament to his love for everyone.

I have had the privilege of moving very closely with him for the last few weeks, and it’s inspiring to see how he is with everyone, even those who he doesn't know. He has such a beautiful open heart.

Even through this whole medical experience, his positivity and complete joy is so infectious. He was a ray of light in the quite intense environment of the public hospital.

At the end of February a large tumor was detected in his brain. From this moment life changed for the whole family. There was an urgent need for an operation and thankfully this happened within a week. During the operation the surgeons were able to remove 90% of the tumor, but then they found that the 10% left, is a high aggressive cancer. Further treatment is needed to extend time and the possibility to see his boys grow up.

Through out all this time Michel and Erin feel so carried by Guruji, by his love, grace and support. As well as the love and support from their friends, family and Mooji Sangha.

They have found deep strength and blessings in this whole experience and have been moving from a place of full trust, acceptance, love and emptiness.

Michel and Erin are humble souls and they don’t tend to ask for help so quickly. However I feel now more than ever they do need our help and that is why I am reaching out to anyone who feels they can support Michel and his beautiful family.

Michel hasn’t been able to work since the beginning of February and will probably not be able to get back to work to provide for his family for a minimum of 12 months, or even at all.

Through this GoFundMe, we hope to give him the possibility for the best care and to cover the basic financial support for the whole family so they can fully focus on Michel’s recovery.

Needs:

* Extensive physio (left part of his body is still mostly paralysed because of the tumor/operation)

* Rent of wheelchair

* Care takers at the house

* Possibility of a private clinic

* Medication + supplements

* Monthly expenses (groceries/car+gas/household/land care/animals/school)
