Our staff are taught evidence-based, effective therapy treatment approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Evolving Structural-Strategic Family Therapy, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing, and Motivational Interviewing.

Our nonprofit is dedicated to social justice and our clinicians are trained in cultural competency and anti-racism. We provide trainings for our staff and the community in cultural competency and awareness of therapists' privilege in order to better serve clients from diverse backgrounds.
