Our mate and colleague, Senior Constable Matt Foley, who is attached to Traffic and Highway Patrol Command - Macquarie Fields Highway Patrol was involved in a horrific collision last Friday 16th February 2018 along with Senior Constable Jono Wright.
Matt was doing the job that he loves and has served the NSW community for 13 years. Matt sustained serious leg, arm and head injuries as a result of being struck by a motor vehicle. Matt underwent surgery and will be incapacitated for a lengthy period of time where he will have to undergo intense physical therapy and have major psychological injuries.
Matt and his wife, Ros, along with their two young children are facing a lengthy recovery period. They have received much love and support to which they are extremely grateful.
We are seeking to relieve the financial stress they are now under so they can focus on Matt's recovery. If you can find it in your hearts to donate any amount, big or small - we would be very grateful as would Matt and Ros. All funds received will be transferred directly to Senior Constable Foley and his wife Ros.
