Sweethearts since high school (above in December 1962), Bob and Lynne Platshorn have been there for each other through it all. Lynne waited for Bob for nearly 30 years while he was in prison, and they remarried when he got out. (below) That's true love!
With Lynne by his side, Bob has voluntarily worked tirelessly to help change marijuana law in Florida and beyond with The Silver Tour. He is a champion of reform. Now Lynne has passed on and Bob needs our help.
Lynne went into the hospital less than 2 weeks ago for a long overdue shoulder surgery that had been nagging her for years . Complications from the surgery that were too much for her weakned body to overcome have taken her away from Bob, her son, her grandchildren and all those who knew and loved her.
Her unexpected passing the evening of March 27 has created a financial burden that they had not yet prepared for. We're hoping to collect funds for Bob and the Platshorns as soon as possible. He and the family will administer the use of all funds collected. Please help the Platshorn family by easing this one burden and donate whatever you can to help with final expenses so Lynne can be at peace.
