Hello friends and family of Kelly Clemmer

I hope this message finds everyone doing well. As most of you may know, my little bother Kelly had brain surgery on Friday April 12th. It had been discovered that he had a 2cm x 2cm tumor on his left frontal lobe, and it needed to be removed immediately. Thankfully, the procedure went beautifully and he doesn’t seem to have any complications or negative side effects that we were concerned about, so all the news we’ve been getting has been excellent news. It’ll take about 2 weeks to get the pathology report from the biopsy, so please continue to pray it comes back benign and that no further treatments will be necessary.

Kelly currently is a bartender in Memphis and unfortunately, in that line of work, he isn’t provided any PTO, short term disability, or paid benefits. So, between that, and this being a sudden diagnosis, he didn’t have time to work extra and save up much in preparation for this scary time. He doesn’t even have health insurance & his last day of work was 04.10.24. Before I left the hospital this morning, (I had to return home to Atlanta ,) I asked him if I could create and share this fundraiser in hopes that we can raise some money to help float him during the next 3+ months, while he is off work to recover. The money will go directly to him and be used for his rent and usual monthly bills and living expenses plus he will have to pay for all medications out of pocket; if there’s anything remaining after that it will go towards his medical bills that he has accumulated during the last several weeks since discovering this crappy tumor.
