Support Jessica's Fight Against Pancreatic Cancer

Donation protected
At the age of 33, Jessica was expecting her second daughter, Julia, and anticipating the excitement and challenges that come with being a family of four. However, at 33 weeks pregnant, she quickly learned that something was wrong and was faced with the most challenging obstacle in her life. On September 8, 2023, Jessica delivered Julia via a C-section and soon after learned her diagnosis – Nuroendocrine Carcinoma, a rare and aggressive form of pancreatic cancer. What was supposed to be one of the most happy times of her life, quickly transitioned into one of the scariest and heartbreaking.

Over the past 7 months, Jessica has endured more than any person should ever have to in a lifetime, including multiple surgeries, hospital stays and time apart from her family. For those of you know that know Jessica well, it shouldn't be surprising that she has met this challenge with determination, optimism and a fierce drive to beat this cancer and enter remission.

She has undergone six rounds of intense chemotherapy treatment, received three weeks of radiation treatment at John's Hopkins in Baltimore, and at the end of May will be making the trip to NYU with her family to undergo a complex and intensive surgery to remove the tumor. Jessica and David have fought tirelessly and traveled across the U.S. to find the answers, treatment plan and an experienced team of doctors that will deliver the best possible outcome - Jessica becoming cancer-free.

This fundraiser is being organized to help cover the travel and housing expenses during her surgery and recovery in New York. And most importantly to Jess, to ensure her entire family can stay together during this extended period of time, so she can have the full support and comfort of being with her girls. Any additional funds raised will be used to cover medical bills and ongoing therapies to prevent recurrence.

Jessica has fought so bravely and I hope you will join us as we cover her and her family in prayers and uplift them on this next major step in their journey to becoming cancer free.
