If you know Iveth Monterrosa, you know that she is a central part of our community. Iveth is a natural leader and an involved parent at Wolfe Street Academy, the school that both of her children attend. As president of the school's Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), Iveth has generously donated countless hours of her own time over many years to organize parent events and to raise money to support Wolfe Street students and teachers alike. Iveth's passion, kindness, and openness have led her to be respected by not only members of the school community, but by all of those with whom she interacts. Iveth is a valued friend who many turn to when in need of advice or a listening ear. Iveth leads by example and cares deeply about making the world a better, more equitable place for all. Iveth selflessly dedicates her time to advocate for immigrant rights and is always willing to lend a hand to help her neighbors.

Iveth has given so much to us all during our own times of need. Currently, Iveth needs us. Approximately two weeks ago, Iveth suffered a stroke that has led to an extended hospital stay. Although Iveth has insurance, her recovery in the hospital is ongoing and requires treatment that far surpasses what her insurance will cover. We are asking that Iveth's community come together to help Iveth during this difficult time. Any donation you are able to contribute will make a huge difference in offsetting Iveth's hospital fees and will alleviate the stress of repaying hospital bills upon her release. Thank you!

Si conoce a Iveth Monterrosa, sabe que ella tiene un rol muy importante en nuestra comunidad. Iveth es una líder natural y una madre muy involucrada en Wolfe Street Academy, la escuela que sus hijos asisten. Como la presidenta de la Organización de Padres y Maestros (PTO), Iveth ha donado muchas horas de su propio tiempo para coordinar eventos para padres y para recaudar fondos para los estudiantes y los maestros de la escuela. Iveth es una persona respetada por todos los miembros de la comunidad escolar por su pasión, bondad y voluntad. Ella no solamente es respetada por las personas en la escuela, sino también por todos que la rodean. Iveth es una amiga querida y la persona en que muchos confían. Iveth es ejemplar y siempre lucha para crear un mundo mejor y justo para todos. Generosamente, Iveth dedica su tiempo a luchar por los derechos de los inmigrantes y siempre está dispuesta a dar la mano para ayudar a sus vecinos.

Iveth nos ha dado tanto cuando más lo hemos necesitado. Ahorita, Iveth necesita de nosotros. Hace aproximadamente 2 semanas, Iveth sufrió un derrame cerebral que resulto en una estadía larga en el hospital. Aunque Iveth tenga seguro médico, su recuperación en el hospital sigue y requiere tratamiento que cuesta más que su seguro pueda cubrir. Pedimos a la comunidad de Iveth que nos juntemos para ayudar a Iveth en estos momentos difíciles.
