Support Hyndman's Hideaway in Memory of Jamison

Hello Friends and Family,

Ms. V, Jamison’s special education teacher, is working on a special project for all students at Covington Elementary. Our Jamison has been one of her guiding inspirations for this project. With the help of Jamison’s therapists, Ms. V plans on creating a Multi-Sensory Environment and program. A MSE room is a safe place for students to experience beneficial sensory input to promote intellectual activity, body awareness and control, brain arousal, and to encourage relaxation and regulation of the senses. In memory of our sweet Jamison, the MSE room will be dedicated to him, and it will be named “Hyndman’s Hideaway.” Even though Jamison did not have the chance to experience this room, we know he would have loved it. Ms. V has been diligently seeking out funding for this project and has received some grants. To give Hyndman’s Hideaway an amazing start and to keep it going, long term support will be necessary to repair or replace equipment as needed. Jamison was so loved and cared for by his school team. They gave Jamison the best educational experience we could have hoped for. We want to help Ms. V’s vision become a reality. We need your help. Hyndman’s Hideaway will become a reality this coming school year at Jamison’s elementary school. We hope this fundraiser will be just the beginning to expanding Hyndman’s Hideaway to other schools in the near future.
