Support Gale's Battle Against Bile Duct Cancer

Hello my name is Mia, In April I brought Gale to the hospital because he was having some stomach issues. He Had some tests and After a cat scan and an MRI found several metastasized tumors on gales liver, we immediately contacted Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. They did a biopsy and two weeks later he was diagnosed with Stage 4 CHOLANGIOCARCINOMA which is Bile Duct cancer and it has metastasized already to the liver with several lesions. Gale will be staring chemotherapy next week and begin the biggest fight of his life. We must stay strong and positive. We are beyond devastated. Gale had to stop working due to pain before even staring chemotherapy. I’m still working full time and gratefully mainly from home so I can help him and be his main caregiver. We have family and friends who all pitch in to help and I can’t thank them enough. Many of you know that gale is an amazing man, he served our country and always goes out of his way to help anyone in need. We’ve been together for 14 years and just recently got married. Sadly our savings will only last a few months with the mortgage/utilities and bills not to mention medical bills. Gale is the head of the house he pays the mortgage and utilities. Gale has applied for temporary disability & permanent disability but it’s a lengthy wait and not nearly enough to make the bills. In such sad and tough times we have to ask for help. ALL proceeds from this campaign will go directly to gale & Mia for medical bills/housing bills and all expenses that comes with this terrible disease cancer.
