Tristan's Fight Against Cancer

Danny and Ashley Velez, my brother and sister-in-law, have been together for nine years. In those years they had two beautiful daugthers and one goofy son. They have endured losing Danny and I's mother, struggling with bills, and making sure their kids are healthy and happy. For the week of June 12th Ashley and Danny  realized their 21-month-old, Tristan, was not being his usual goofy self. On June 19th, they brought him toTristan's doctor who said they need to bring him to Boston's Children Hospital to get him an MRI. The following day he underwent a two hour MRI procedure after which, they were taken into a private room and solemly told that Tristan has a brain tumor about the size of a golf ball and he needed immediate surgery. They admitted Tristan that same day and started to prepare him for an eight hour long surgery scheduled the following day. The cancer spread to Tristan's spine and now both parents must stay at the hospital. This Go-Fund-Me page is to help them with this sudden unexpected financial burden.
