Update story of Tea
On behalf of my brother Uata I have set up this page to get support for my neiece who was sadly hit by a car on Friday 6th October.The driver of this vehicle was 15years old. Tea was crossing the road and was standing beside a parked car on the road that was not in view of the oncoming car. Tea crossed the road and was hit by this oncoming car. As a result of this Tea was sent to Vava'u hospital with life threatning head injuries.Tea was then flown from Vava'u hospital to Nuku Alofa hospital where she later received surgery for her face and head injuries.The full extent of these injuries are still not knowen and the Tongan docters are working very hard to identify these.We have set up this page urging for any support to have Tea considered for overseas medical attention this could include having her sent overseas for an MRI scan or any other medical attention we may be able to get.
Please support this cause with an open heart as this has caused alot of heartbreak and sadness for the family.We are so grateful for the hard work from the Tongan hospitals that have worked so hard to help Tea and she is making great progress.

We are currently in the process of finding support outside of Tonga for Tea to be able to have further test that may not be offered in Tonga.
