Support for Sefo Kanuteh and Family

Donation protected
On the 27th December, Sefo had a serious car accident. The man who witnessed the crash thought that the driver wouldn't have been able to survive it however by some miracle Sefo was unharmed. Thank God.

Whilst on his way home from the hospital, he got a call from his family to let him know that his 14 year old son, Samba, was very sick in hospital with Malaria.

The following day he was informed that Samba had died. The most horrific news a parent can receive.

Sefo is such a generous man, and will do all he can to support others. It is our turn now to support Sefo and his family.

If you haven't heard of Sefo Kanuteh before, he is a virtuosic, soulful and authentic Kora and Balafon player from The Gambia. His energy lights up the room and his performances are magical.

I want to ease the financial pressure for him so he can focus on being present with his family.

Your donations will help with the cost of flights for him and Julla to get home to their family, any financial shortfall related to his car accident, and also help towards bills/rent whilst he is in The Gambia.

Here is a link to his song called "Together We Shall Be " - Let's come together now and support him.
