Our baby girl Miracle-Joy

Aloha friends and family,
We were excited when we found out we were expecting August of last year. At a 12 week ultrasound we got the hard news that our baby had swelling around her brain and a hole in her stomach with her intestines coming out. We were told that termination was probably our best option. We decided to leave it in Gods hands and continued with the pregnancy. Two weeks later we found out we were having a baby girl and she was diagnosed with partial trisomy 18 which is a genetic disorder which doctors say is "incompatible with life" and were told that there was a very high chance that the pregnancy wouldnt make it to term and if it did our daughter would probably not live past 18 months. We rallied all the prayer warriors we know and the word spread. We named our baby girl Miracle-Joy because we knew God was in control. In December we did another ultrasound and to the doctors amazement the swelling in Miracles brain was gone and her intestines were all back in her tummy. A fetal heart echo showed that her heart is working perfectly and her brain looks good. We had to relocate to Oahu on March 5th of this year because of the high risk nature of the pregnancy. Doctors found that Miracle only has one kidney and think she may have a hernia in her diaphragm which is a concern for them. We need to stay here at least until delivery and maybe sometime after until they clear Miracle to travel. Miracles due date is April 28th. We already used up all the paid leave hours I had and used tax returns to pay up on all our bills before leaving Molokai and to relocate us and our two toddlers here. We still have 5 weeks to go here on Oahu and things are tight. Any monetary donations to help with living expenses and travel while we await our Miracle-Joy would be helpful. Also prayers would be greatly appreciated!
