Support for Murdered Marine’s Family

On November 23, US Marine Corps veteran, Darnell Stanley, was murdered, leaving behind a family including two young children.

After his service in the Marine Corps, Darnell continued serving in his career at the Veterans Administration, helping fellow veterans get the medical treatment they needed to live full, happy, and productive lives after their time in service.

I served alongside Darrell, and I’ve had the pleasure and honor of watching this man continue to selflessly serve his fellow veterans, community, and family for over twenty years since then.

His family has been blindsided by this senseless act of violence, leaving them without a husband and father, as well as placing a tremendous financial burden on them, so the least we can do is rally the troops to support them, like Darnell had done for so many others throughout his life.
