Support for Kristen through cancer treatment

Hello friends!
On November 6th our friend, Kristen Sweat, was diagnosed with Stage 2B Invasive Ductal Carcinoma E+/P+. Her doctors have told her that this type is one of the most common and treatable kinds of breast cancer, but there is a need to move quickly on treatment. The cancer has already spread from the duct to the lymph nodes. She is set to start chemo treatments as soon as next week, following her port surgery on December 2nd. As of right now, the doctors are recommending somewhere between 4-6 months of chemotherapy treatments, Depending on the results of her genetic testing, the doctors will decide if it's best to remove both breasts after chemo or try radiation, lumpectomy and hormone treatments for up to 5 years.
People have asked how they can help and this would be a wonderful way for us to help and support Kristen. Any donations will be used to help offset the expenses of Kristen's diagnostic testing, chemotherapy, possible radiation and hormone therapy, surgeries and procedures, imaging, upgraded insurance, other bills, and hopefully a wig as one of the things that Kristen is stressing about is the fact that she could be bald by Christmas.
I know it is the year of covid, job losses, and we are close to the holidays. If you would like to help support our goofy and loveable friend in this fight, every little bit is appreciated. We are also thinking about a possible future event, but still figuring out how that would work in our current covid world.
