Support Heather while she heals

Heather was hospitalized for Pericarditis, an inflammation of the pericardium, two thin layers of a sac-like tissue that surround the heart. She is still in the process of working with a cardiologist to figure out treatment, pain management, and how long recovery will take. She has been instructed to not exert herself and keep stress low. Therefore, she is unable to work indefinitely which leaves her and her family in a precarious situation financially. Heather's heart has loved, nurtured and helped to heal so many people through her work as a midwife, and the time has come for us to show her our support while she navigates through this medical situation.
