Support for Brody and the Bibeaus

Stephanie and Scott have just received some overwhelming news in the past couple of days. Their sweet 9 month old baby, Brody, has been diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.  They have been trying to get to the bottom of mysterious fevers, arm pain, weakness and other concerning symptoms.  Multiple trips to the pediatrician over the past month has left them reassured. Tuesday they made a trip to Hasbro Children’s Hospital in Providence, RI for a little more follow up as Brody was having difficulty bearing weight on his legs.  They never realized that they wouldn’t be heading back to their home in CT to finish out their day with their other 3 children (Caidence 7yo, Blake 5yo and McKinley 2yo). Brody has undergone many procedures to confirm a diagnosis in the past 2 days.  He has received CT scans, biopsies, central line placement and quickly beginning intrathecal chemotherapy.  Their world has been completely flipped upside down in the blink of an eye. Stephanie has been a NICU RN for her entire nursing career. And if you have ever worked alongside Steph or had her take care of your baby, then you know that no one has a bigger heart than her.  Stephanie lost her mother, Robin to Cancer in 2017, so their family is all too familiar to the heartache and burden that his diagnosis brings along with it.  If you are able to help monetarily please donate to her family.
