Support for Barbra Phelps & Family

For those who don't know, our mom suffered a brain aneurysm on Saturday, July 29th. She was life flighted to UC Davis and has undergone surgery to help stabilize her. The surgery went very well, however, there is still a minor bleed and the surgery will need to be repeated in two weeks. In the mean time, the neuro team is doing everything they possibly can to take care of her. After a minimum stay of two weeks in the NSICU, they are predicting that she will have to stay at UC Davis for at least an additional two or three months. Because she is a labor and delivery nurse at Mercy Medical Center, we are anticipating that insurance will cover a solid portion of this. With that being said, our family is in need of financial assistance. We are all taking unpaid time off of work in order to be here for our mom. Taylor Morris is traveling from Houston, Texas with her two small children, Allie Morris is traveling from San Luis Obispo, and our Nana flew in from Iowa. Plus, everyone traveling from Redding. The cost of parking at UC Davis alone is taking a toll on us. We have been doing the absolute best we can to get through this, but we are in need of help. Anything is appreciated
