Support Family of Shahin Ahmed (recently deceased)

Donation protected
Life can change in a blink of an eye, as the Ahmed family knows all too well. On January 25th, Shahin Ahmed, a devoted husband, father, brother, and son, passed away in a heartbreaking car accident. He was one month shy of his 35th birthday, leaving an immense void in the lives of those who cherished him.

Shahin's passing was a devastating loss for his three young children: Yaseen (11), Ayub (5), and Yusra only 3 years old, whose innocent laughter is now mingled with profound sorrow. They not only lost their father but also their only form of transportation.

Shahin had big dreams for these little ones and had recently purchased a house in Warren. However, with the main breadwinner gone, the family is in danger of losing their home if they cannot make the mortgage payments.

Your donation will help this family with their immediate needs which is the purchase of a reliable vehicle and securing a few months of mortgage payments. .

your donation is not just about purchasing a vehicle but getting Shahin‘s children a sense of routine back in their lives as they travel to and from school.

Your donation doesn’t just secure mortgage payments it ensures Shahin’s children have the opportunity to grow up in a home with his memories.

While a long-term solution is found, we need your help to raise funds for this cause. Your generosity will ensure the family has the foundation they need to rebuild stability while they heal from this tremendous loss.

About me:

A handful of friends and family tried to start a fundraiser for Ahmed’s family. I was given consent by the family to start this campaign. They were hesitant to ask for donations, it took me a few days to convince them to allow me to do this.

I was asked to include the following information here by GoFundMe team--> Please include the following information in your fundraiser story:
- If you’re fundraising for yourself, please clarify that and set up bank transfers in your name if you haven’t done so already.
  • This Fundraising if not for my.
- If you’re fundraising for someone else, state your relationship to the person(s) you're fundraising for (your beneficiary).
  • I have no relationship with Shahin Ahmed or his family.
  • Quite a few people (family and friends) were volunteering to start the fundraiser.
  • I was asked by Shahin's brother in law to start this because I am impartial, this way none would get their feelings hurt.
  • I am friends with Shahin's brother in law since year 2000.
  • My wife works with Shahin's wife for past few years.
  • I never mat Shahin, his wife, or his children.
- If your beneficiary wants you to manage the funds for them, explain how you plan on sending the funds to them, or how you’ll use the funds on their behalf.
  • I was asked to manage the funds on behalf of Shahin's wife by Shahin's bother in law (sister's husband) and Shahin's sister in law (wife's sister).
  • The plan is to identify what is needed for the wife and children. Mortgage, a replacement car, food, utility, etc... (only major expense). Day to day expense would be covered by immediate family.
  • Once the priority list is created. Then, I would pay for those item directly. This way the donor's contributions is used for exactly what they were intended for.
- If you've added someone else as your beneficiary, make sure you include their name and relationship to the person you’re fundraising for.
  • The funds will be used for Shahin's wife and children. No one else.
