Our neighbor Emile Topilin recently lost his apartment to a fire damage.
Emil was born and raised in Vilnius, Lithuania. In 1997 he won a green card lottery and moved to the United States. In January 2017 he purchased a beautiful apartment after putting himself through college, using all of his life shavings. Unfortunately, in the early hours of April 29th there was fire in the kitchen. The apartment was completely destroyed.
