We are Encinitas Citizens for Responsible Development (ECRD).

ECRD is seeking your financial support for the appeal of the approval of Quail Meadows apartment complex.

To date, ECRD has spent $15,000 in the appeal to the Planning Commission, and over $10,000 more in uncovered legal fees for the city council appeal. Now we are preparing an appeal to the California Coastal Commission. There are only a few attorneys and scientific experts who have the experience and expertise to handle such appeals and their time is very expensive. Our community has been very generous to date in donating to this fight. Thank you to everyone that has donated so far.

The current fundraising goal will cover the cost of uncovered fees and further professional reports supporting the California Coastal Commission appeal.
