Support during Cancer Treatment

My Wifes Sister has been diagnosed with Stage 3 Thyroid Cancer that has spread to her lungs. She is set for Surgery on 31 JUL and requires a substantial battle with follow on CHEMO and RADIATION Treatment and seeing how she is the working of the 2 parents they will have no income during this trying time they have a 4yo daughter to take care of so any help is appreciated.
