Support during a difficult time

Hi, my names Mitch.

 

I'm fundraising money for my brother whom recently underwent life saving open heart surgery (aortic valve replacements). This unfortunately didn't go to plan and he's ended up with a different route of surgery (mechanical valves). This now means he will sadly not be able to do the things he used to do before.

 

His world has been turnt upside down and I'd like to help him by easing his financial strain as he's looking at 6months+ for recovery time .

 

He's been told he cannot return to his job due to the nature and demand of being a Mechanic. He's spent the last few years qualifying to be a mechanic (his dream job) and just as he qualifies he has to give it up due to his medical condition.

 

So aswell as dealing with recovery he's also dealing with the mental side of giving up his passion. Following this he'll need to start looking for a new job which will suit his medical condition.

 

He's an inspiration to us all and I could not be any more prouder of my brother. To be looking up to someone to be so strong.

 

The battle of getting better has only just begun but with everyone's support we will get there.
