Support Dionte (Tey) Redmond's Kidney Transplant Journey

Hi My name is Lesley Fries and my Niece is Allison Blackney Redmond. Allison is married to Dionte (Tey) Redmond who is father to four children (ages 20, 20,16, 12). Tey was sadly diagnosed in January 2022 with CKD (chronic kidney disease) in May 2022 he underwent six weeks of soft chemo infusions. November 2022-January 2023 he had two fistula surgeries to begin out patient dialysis three days a week. May 2023 he had emergency surgery (fistula failing). At that time, he was diagnosed with End Stage Kidney Disease. In Sept. 2023 he had surgery to begin home dialysis for 9 hours a day. Allison has been taking care of Tey and working full time as the sole provider for the family. The medical bills have added up to over $60K. On the recommendation of their Case Manager, who stated if Tey gets his transplant that he is on a list for, they will need $20K to cover medical bills including 24 hour care for 6-8 weeks. Most of the family are out of state and not able to help in person. I wanted to set up this account so those of us that want to help both Allison & Tey, can do so financially.
