Support Center Stage Dance San Jose

Center Stage Dance Company (CSDC) has been both a dance school and a second home to hundreds of students over the last 57 years. In 1963 we opened in our current building on Malone Road as Rea’s School of Dance. Mary renamed the school to CSDC in 1988 and we’ve been focused on children's art education ever since.

We all remember the long rehearsals, hard work, goofy dances, difficult dances, injuries, arguments, and fits of contagious laughter. But most important — we value the life long friendships that were born and have grown within our walls.

CSDC closed for in-person instruction in March due to the coronavirus outbreak. We’re thankful for the dedicated families choosing to learn online with us this season and for their gracious support through a previous gofundme this past spring. However, not all classes can be adapted to this format and so enrollment is down. With the pandemic lasting longer than anyone had hoped, we are in need of help from you, our community, and the families of CSDC.

We are asking you for a donation of any size to help us cover our basic expenses until the virus is more under control. Your donation will help ensure that we don’t lose our ability to reopen.

We’re very proud of the work we do at CSDC and can’t wait to get back working with our amazing student body, parents, and the San Jose community. We would be forever grateful for your help.
