Support Brian's Cancer Journey

My name is Julia Davis and I am raising funds for my brother, Brian Albertson. My brother has recently, and very unexpectedly, been diagnosed with stage IV lung cancer. In the six months since our fathers passing, Brian has been experiencing an increase in bodily symptoms that he had been attributing to a genetic health condition that we both share. When the severity of certain symptoms kept getting worse, he began to undergo testing to see if there were other causes, at which point masses were discovered on his lungs and lymph nodes.

The road ahead is very unclear at this point, but we do know that rigorous and intense treatment will be necessary. Once the results for the Guardant360 are back, which can help determine the most effective treatment path, we will know more of what the options are. Once a conventional cancer treatment approach is mapped out, Brian hopes to be able to incorporate other healing modalities and alternative treatments.

My brother is one of the strongest people I know; he is an incredible and loving father to my nephew, Duke, and my niece, Poppy, as well as an amazing husband to his wife, Chelsea. "Cancer" is never a result you want to hear and it has come as a complete shock to our whole family. If anyone can overcome the impossible, it would be my brother Brian.
