Support Arleen to recover from massive surgery

Donation protected
Arleen Hanks is a hugely beloved healer, teacher, mentor, mother, daughter, wife, fantastic friend and all-round incredible human. She supports thousands of people to live better lives through her healing, teaching, tremendous intelligence, sense of humour, kindness and connection to Spirit. Arleen is a gentle and beautiful person, always having done more than her best and more than is possibly required of any human being to support others in their hour of need. She has within her extraordinary healing ability and incredibly unique skills.

For those that don't know Arleen she is a huge part of the Life Alignment community worldwide and always gives with a generous heart to help others, whatever their need. She has asked little in return and lives quietly as the sole provider supporting her elderly Mum and daughter. She has always worked incredibly hard, but it is a tough time for her at the moment, which is a vast understatement.

I have known Arleen since 2012. She has always been resilient, caring and risen above arduous life experiences.

I asked her gently if it was time to receive support.

With bittersweetness, I am happy to report she has opened herself up to receive the support of others. With sadness because the situation requires as much support as anyone can give. With happiness because my darling mentor, teacher and friend has learned to receive help and allowed me to write this campaign to help her forthcoming journey. Asking for help is incredibly difficult for her and feels terribly vulnerable. I want to show love and support. I am glad she is open to receiving it.

For the last 5 years, Arleen has managed through her healing work to hold off a particularly agressive breast cancer.

Just today she found out she has a tumour in her heart which requires open heart surgery over the next couple of days. Following her recovery from heart surgery, Arleen will undergo a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction. These surgeries will be physically, emotionally and mentally hugely demanding. The breast reconstruction will come from the belly, meaning extra healing time will be required.

Arleen will need months to recover and cannot drive for many weeks after the surgery. The funds raised through this campaign will support Arleen's living costs so that she may have the time off work to recover whilst affording the health services that she needs to allow a fully supported recovery. Taking the time to fully recover without worrying about making an income means that Arleen will also have the time to deal with the emotional aftermath of the surgery and the physical adjustments her body needs.

In difficult times, sometimes we feel helpless and don't know what to do. This fundraiser is my way of trying to help Arleen through one of the most challenging times of her life.

I want her to feel loved and I want her to feel safe. I want her healthy, and the world wants and needs her to be so!

Mostly my wish is for Arleen to be free in her recovery, unhindered by financial worry and concern.

Please help a most wondrous being by making as generous a donation as you can, or make a smaller regular contribution to support Arleen over the next months.

At this stage, it is anticipated the breat surgery will be between Mid November to early December. I will keep you updated on Arleen's progress.

With so much love and deepest gratitude for your loving thoughts, healing prayers and generous contribution.
