Support Allison Moreno's Fight for Her Family

Don protégé
Hey guys, my name is Toni Howard, and I am reaching out with a heavy heart on behalf of my dearest friend, Allison Moreno.

Allison and I have been best friends since middle school, and though life has placed hundred miles between us - she in Texas and I in Georgia - our friendship has never wavered. We've laughed through adventures, cried through challenges, and supported each other through every twist life has brought our way.

Today, Allison is facing unimaginable pain. She lost her beloved husband far too soon, and instead of having space to grieve, since his death she has had to spend every moment bracing for another courtroom battle. Her late husband's parents have been relentlessly challenging her in court, attempting to take custody of her children. Despite her strength and grace, she is emotionally and financially exhausted.

Nearly two years after the heartbreaking loss of her husband, Jonathan, Allison is still fighting-this time, not for his life, but for the right to protect their children from relentless legal attacks by the very family she once called her own.
Despite doctors clearly communicating Jonathan's grave condition to everyone involved, his mother later accused Allison in court of making the decision to end his life-an accusation that not only defies medical facts, but deeply wounds a woman who never stopped hoping for a miracle.
Since Jonathan's passing, his parent and sister have launched repeated legal and emotional assaults-from filing for custody and control of his estate, to manipulating their grandchildren, staging evidence, and making false CPS claims. Allison's strength has been tested daily-fighting back against lies, protecting her children's emotional health, and holding her family together through court appearances and therapy.
Even when judges granted visitation to Jonathan's mother, her actions-including recorded moments of manipulating the children-revealed a harmful pattern. Still, when Allison's legal team filed a motion to dismiss the case due to lack of evidence, it was shockingly denied without explanation.
Now, despite years of proven care and commitment, Allison is being forced into a jury trial to defend her motherhood.

This is where I am stepping in- not because Allison asked, but because she wouldn't. She's exceeded all her available assets trying to protect her family. Her attorney now requires a minimum of $15,000 upfront to proceed with the upcoming jury trial - without it, he will be forced to withdraw from her case.

Allison is fighting for her children, her peace, and her future. I'm asking, from the depths of my heart, for any support you can give to help her stand firm through this storm. Whether it's a donation or simply sharing her story, every act of kindness makes a difference.

Thank you for taking the time to listen, believe, and stand with her. The support is so graciously felt and appreciated.
