Help Cover the Funeral Costs for Irina

Donation protected
This page was originally created to assist the family of Irina Miller with costs of medical treatments during her long fight against cancer. However, after her recent home-going to Haven, Irina left behind to cherish her memory her husband Dustin and four little boys. If you can assist the now widowed dad with four young children relieve the pressure of the funeral costs, please consider helping in any way you can.

With sadness we announce that on Sunday, May 26, 2019, at 12:50 pm CT our beautiful, stunning, sweet, strong, worshipper, wife, mommy, sister, daughter, niece, friend, Irina Victoria Miller, won her battle against cancer, finished her race on this earth, and went to her eternal Home to be with Jesus and her first born baby boy Gabriel. She was surrounded by the love and prayers of her family. Our hearts are so broken as we will miss her so much and no one can take her place. But we know Who is in charge of her life and all of our lives. Words fall short to describe the amazing gift that Irina was to us and to all who knew her. She was such a deep, vibrant, incredible person. Her 39 years seem so short to us... but the Lord had a different and a greater plan. Outside of letting her go as she took her last breath, the hardest things is trying to console her 8-year old boy as he understands the most... Please be in prayer for Dustin, the boys, and all of the Voznyuk and Miller families for the days to come.

Update (5/21/19):
Irina Miller is an incredible mom of four little boys. She is a fighter, a woman of character, loves God, adores her family, loves people... Irina and her husband Dustin are deeply grateful
to all who are praying and reaching out to them with love and support.

2019 began Irina's 5th year of battling cancer. In the beginning of May, she had her routine scans and check ups and, in short, the medical field cannot help her at this point.  Irina and family are actively seeking naturopathic options of treatment.  She is diligently incorporating the Gerson way of nutrition and the protocol that she can do from home, however, the Voznyuk/Miller family are hoping to be able to send her to Connors Clinic in MN, which has helped many late-term cancer patients and has testimonies of people who have recovered.  There are a number of similar clinics around the United States and some are in Mexico, however, it is crucial for Irina to stay near to her little ones, which is why the clinic in MN is appealing because it is closer to the Miller's current state of residence.

However, as you know, nothing is free int he medical or naturopathic treatments' world... The treatment at Connors Clinic will cost approximately $30,000, which is less expensive than the centers in the southern states.  Please help send Irina to this treatment center if you feel led to do so. The family will be extremely grateful for your support.  They are also always so grateful for your prayers.  Please share this prayer need at your church so they could pray for Irina's healing. Thank you so much!

The Battle:
Irina was first diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer in January 2015, at 35 years old. Through God's victory and goodness, she went through all the typical medical treatments and overcame that battle! Unfortunately, after being cancer free for about a year, the battle intensified and has spread.

In May 2017, after months of severe bone pain, the scans confirmed that the cancer had returned.  She was diagnosed with Stage 4 metastatic bone cancer. At this point it was found all throughout her lower back, hips, spine, neck and ribs. The cancer is not in her brain, however, it is in the skull/bone surrounding the back of the head, and pressing against the brain stem, which is a major concern. Radiation in her head has been completed, which was painful and traumatic (having to wear a hard, confining body suit from the waist up during daily raditation treatments).  Of course, all of these harsh treatments had their side effects and took a toll on the body.

Over the past several months, the disease has also continued to spread into her liver and has progressed there. This posed an even greater concern to her medical Oncology team.  They were worried it might have been too late to treat, because of the rapid spread in the liver. Through prayers and faith, along with Irina's oncologists, she had done remarkably well for several months... until the disease began attacking her liver with aggression.

The Prognosis:
According to the medical report, this cancer is incurable. Irina's medical team was able to slow it down for a few months  (through chemo) to give Irina as much time with family as possible, but they are not able to do more than what the limited treatment options had to offer. They tried a number of chemo medications to keep the disease contained.

Despite these medical reports, we continue to hold onto HOPE for Irina and the good future God has planned for her and her family.  We pray and believe for complete healing by God's sovereign hand.

Who she is:
Irina is a wife, mother, sister, daughter, friend, prayer warrior, lover of all things Jesus, and inspiration for us all. She has a loving and supportive husband, Dustin, and four precious boys who love and depend on her daily. Her sweet boys are now 8, 7, 5, and 4 years old. The youngest boy was only 6 mo. old when she was first diagnosed.  She is a source of strength and encouragement for all who know her, even in the midst of her own pain and ferocious battle with illness. The strength, love, and faithfulness she shows is evident, even in her weakest moments.

How you can help:
Our first request is certainly to continue praying for complete healing and recovery by the healing stripes of Jesus Christ, our Healer.  She also specifically needs prayer for pain management and strength during this time. The emotional and physical pain Irina experiences from chemo and the medical procedures is, at times,  unbearable. We believe and proclaim resoration, hope, peace, strength, and joy on the journey for herself and her family through this battle.

Our second request is for any financial assistance that you may feel led to give. Irina and her husband and children moved to South Dakota in the summer of 2017 to be closer to her family in this tough time, but medical costs continue to grow, and ANY donation is dearly appreciated.

Donations will go towards medical expenses and to help cover the health needs of Irina. Disease is a heavy enough burden, we hope to lighten the financial load as much as we can here.

Thank you for your prayers and donations. Thank you for your hearts and the strength they lend while she fights. And we thank God that the battle isn't hers, but His alone.
