Become a part of Tytan's army as he fight's cancer

You have the power to have an enormous effect on a family in our community.

The Summit High School Thunder Pageant works directly with Bend’s local Sparrow Club to fundraise for a child in the community battling disease and medical costs. Each year, ten senior duos are picked by Summit staff and students to participate in the pageant. There job? To rally Bend around the “Sparrow” nominee.

This year the Thunder Pageant is raising money for 11 year old Tytan Neff . Tytan's life changed overnight when a bump in his left leg increased in size. He was taken to the doctor and diagnosed with CIC-DUX rearranged Sarcoma, an extremely rare type of cancer.

Tytan is currently driving to Portland for 15 rounds of chemo over the course of 31 weeks. After that, radiation in Seattle will take 5-7 weeks. The drug Tytan needs after each round of chemo costs $2,000 each time and is not covered by insurance.

Any contributions will go directly to helping Tytan and his family kick cancer in the butt. No donation is too small.
