John’s funeral costs

It devastates me to have to do this but I have no choice. John took out life insurance in case the worst happened, so I would be looked after money wise. The worst happened. They aren’t paying out, it’s been more than 3 months since I put the claim in, they won’t talk to me and I now have debt collectors circling for his funeral payment. I am broken enough without this and my mental health is going down rapidly.
