My wish, as a Personal Development Coach, is to raise self-awareness and mental wellbeing, via emotional and positive intelligence. I believe to thrive, be successful AND happy emotional self-awareness is key, and I believe it is important that we also continue to work on lifting the stigma around mental health and emotional dis-ease.
As human beings, we all go through traumas in our life and at times feel some level of vulnerability and this is completely natural but it is NOT weakness! It is by facing our vulnerability that we find our courage.

When we are going through difficult times in life, which are inevitable, having someone to talk to, to show us unconditional compassion and empathy and who support and encourage us, is super important and can make all the difference in preventing emotional wellbeing deterioration.

Therefore, I'm raising money in aid of SOS Silence of Suicide who help people in the UK who feel suicidal and also help people who have lost loved ones to suicide and every donation will help.

Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me, having lost a dear friend to suicide many years ago, I know how devastating it can be.

More information about SOS Silence of Suicide: We are a small mental health charity based in Warwickshire, but who operate nationally.

SOS supports children and adults who have poor emotional health which can mean they are vulnerable.

Our aim is to reduce the shame, stigma and silence that can inhibit beneficial conversations about mental health and suicide.

We support anyone via phone, email and face to face group meeting support.
We are keen to establish partnerships with organisations who are keen to raise awareness.

Thank you
