Medical funds for Sue Amerson

We are reaching out and asking for your help. Sue is now 150+ days into her hospital/nursing facility stay. Wilkinson Co. BOE was very gracious in allowing Sue to continue to receive her health insurance benefits through the school up through the month of September. Until this point they have allowed us to pay "Sue's part" of her monthly premium.

We are now faced with a dilemma. This fundraiser began so that we could apply for guardianship, which we did. We have also maintained Sue's insurance throughout this time as well. Sue is now having to pickup and pay for Cobra insurance which is $689.43 per month beginning October 1st. Her SSI is still in process but due to issues at the court house and now with medical records not sending information it is taking much longer than it should have. We are hoping that we can raise the funds to pay at least this first month of Cobra while SSI continues to process. If you can give that would be great, if not please pray we can get this taken care of.
