Sudden onset metastasized pulmonary

I spent from October 4,-February 11th in Texas. During that time, my father passed away, Oct26th, I made 4trips to NJ to help a friend who’s father then passed away Jan.26th. I flew back to Mexico on February 11th.
I started having severe pain in my left rib cage and I was scheduling a PET scan for that as there had been a mass found on my right lung a year ago. (BTW, a PET scan in Mexico runs around $1400 usd as opposed to $3500 stateside, which is one of the reasons I moved here, I can’t afford to live in the states. )
The pain became UNBEARABLE and a Dr came to my house to do an assessment on February 22. I was sent to the Red Cross for X-rays and then was sent to Guadalajara to a hospital , which is approximately an hour and a half from my home. So, you see this has all happened quite fast and VERY UNEXPECTED. Surgery was on Feb. 28th. I was discharged March 7th and sent home alone.
The tumor in my right lung had Mestastiziced and attached itself to the plural sac of my lung. I’ve had nuclear stress tests done, numerous X-rays, lab, and MAJOR surgery. We still don’t know where the Cancer is metastasized from, therefore, MORE tests are required.
On April 4, 2018, I fell and broke my ankle. This required yet ANOTHER surgery which took place on April 13th. There was NO cast put on, NO boot put on, and now I’m lying here almost 2 weeks after ankle surgery with a semi open suture site, and now a possible blood clot, which I will have to give myself injections of blood thinners the next 5 days.
I REALLY NEED HELP. I WANT TO LIVE. $20,000 is a tenth of what it would cost in the USA. The determination of whether or not I come back to the States will be due to the results of the Cancer and where it is in my body. I’m told I will undergo treatments but I don’t know how many or for how long.
