Help Bubba Cat

Last night on June 3rd, 2020, our beloved fur baby Bubba fell extremely ill and my mom rushed him to St Francis Animal Hospital in Turnersville NJ  at 11:30 pm. Due to COVID-19 she was forced sleep in the parking lot til 5:00am. He was suffering from undetermined trauma with labored breathing and looked as though he hadn’t eaten for a month. Both of his lungs are partially collapsed and air is leaking out inside his body. The x-rays showed that thankfully he had no broken bones, but between the x-ray tests, continued hospital stay and treatments, we are looking at at $4-5K vet bill. This sweet and goofy cat will only drink water from the kitchen faucet, loves to roll around on his back in the grass and have his belly rubbed. It would be devastating to lose our furry family member. My mom is upset that he has to go through all these things in the hospital with people he doesn't even know. If anyone can help out in any way, even if its just a prayer, it would be greatly appreciated.
