Strongest woman I know

My wife has had 2 kidney transplant. The second stopped working so while taking the test to be put on the transplant list for her 3rd kidney we found out she had a bad heart and underwent triple bypass heart surgery. One year later had to have a difibater put in. Then 4 weeks ago I couldn't get ahold of her and had her mother check on her and her mom found her in the bed. She had had several strokes two of which hemoraged. Got her too the hospital just too find out that she also had bacterial meningist of the brain and staff infection in her blood and heart and given almost no chance of living. She is in rehab now and I'm wanting to make the house more accessible for her when I get her home. She's my life and I really need help. Anything will be helpful
