Our mission is to provide a balance between athletic training and nutrition in order to promote and develop healthy lifestyle patterns.
About Stride: Ceasar Chavez and St. Albans have teamed up with Whole Foods and Pacers Running to create a curriculum for the kids on healthy eating while keeping it within budget.
Campers will be coached in athletics by High School athletes in the Metropolitan area. In addition, they will be taught to design their own meal plans with our assistance.
