Strawberry Cove Park bird-proof trash can

Strawberry Cove Park needs a more effective trash can - one that birds can't raid. McDonalds has put in really great ones - stop by and look at them.  They cost $1,334.  Please help me purchase one!  We'll all love seeing a cleaner park.
