STRANDED. Help a family home for Christmas

Our daughter, her fiance, and their four children are not people to reach out and ask for help when they need it. So I am doing so on their behalf. And they desperately need help. The start of their new life was happening, and as of last night; they were stranded on the side of the Trans Canada Highway, in the middle of a snow storm, across the country from us. Their four children in the vehicle, along with everything they own, waiting for a toe truck to come find them.

4 days ago they started driving out from Moncton NB, to get to Grande Prairie Alberta.. and now are unfortunately stranded in Regina Saskatchewan, as their van broke down. Their transmission has gone in their vehicle. For the second time.

The ironic thing about this is, 3 weeks ago, they paid out of pocket for the transmission to be fixed by the dealership they purchased the van from, 6 months ago. Thousands of dollars, and 3 weeks later, across the country, they are now stranded. The dealership is being of no help, and even though the transmission is covered under warranty for 90 days, they want them to pay again, out of pocket, so they can see about reimbursing them.

They do not have any money like this. After trying to save to move, fix their van, and pay for a new rental, THIS close to Christmas too. They're still 12 hours away from where they need to get to. With 4 children. Our grand babies. And here we are feeling so helpless, not being able to financially help like we want too.

Hotel stays, food, and now vehicle troubles so far away from where their home was... they just can't do it. And we can't get to them.

Please. I know it's a hard time of year for everyone, and Christmas is just around the corner, but if there is any way you can help, please, $1, $2, $3, anything helps. This is not something anyone should be dealing with, with their 4 babies, and just having their van fixed.

We need some miracles, and Christmas spirit ❤️
