Storm damage not covered by insurance

During storm Eunice a rooftile hit my car and left some huge damage on my car. 

My insurance isn't covering the costs. I do not have the funds to fix my car. I don't wanna get rid of it and get another cheaper one. I love this car so much.

I am asking for financial help, and I would be super grateful if you could help me out.
