Stop The Killing of our young men

Well my 19 year old son was out with friends going to watch street races in Detroit north end . They where parked a car came around the corner and hit there car the boys go out to check there they exchanged words and the car that hit there car pulled off fast . A few mins later some one started shooting at them hitting my son and one of his friends the bullet nicked a  artery going to his left arm and left long they tried to save him but he lost too much blood . I never planned to loss to lose my son and never set a side money for a casket. I never Plot and head stone . Keith never got in to fights he was a great kid please help.
