Hey climbing Friends,
***I have started a fund by employees for employees*** SG has nothing to do with this.
SG is shuttered and the staff is joining the thousands unemployed by the pandemic. If you are able to donate please do.
This fund will go to supporting your favorite setters, coaches, deskers, and staff. We all suddenly find ourselves without income. With no word on when the gym might open please consider donating the membership fee you would have paid on the 20th or whatever you can to support us.
This is an emergency fund to ensure none of your favorite SG staff falls through the cracks during the pandemic. Each staff is being offered an equal share and those of us not in need have an option to donate it back into the pool.
If you have any questions please give us a shout here or on social media. Since this in no way is supported or supporting the gym please do not contact SG regarding this.
We love and miss all of you, and we hope to be back at it ASAP!
Also, remember to keep Ballard alive and order food from local restaurants. This is going to get rough for a lot of local businesses, especially their staff.
