Background: This is my first time making an official GoFundMe. I've always tried really hard to be self sufficient and resourceful; the idea of asking for help publicly never sat right with me because I know I can do anything. I always have made it work. This is different.
The Story: Me and my partner went to a show in Oakland at The New Parish in Oakland. We had a great time. We came back to the car and started driving to get food. One block into our route and she noticed the window was gone. The glass was all over the inside of the car. We pulled over to inspect, shortly after realizating both of our laptop bags had been stolen. We parked on 17th St.across from the ARC Building.
The Damage: The items we are in major need of replacing are listed below. These valuables are literally the fuel for our small businesses, our freelance income, and our personal art + music. Hours of original beats & songs. Not to mention extremely personal documents.
