Stoke Physio - Pilates for Mental Health

Here at Stoke Physio, we know the importance that exercise and community has on our (and your) mental health.
In these tough times, with physical group classes coming to a halt, we have moved our mat pilates classes online and made them free.
We have done this to continue to give people a place to go to keep fit and healthy, and also interact with a community as they do it.
If you're joining the classes, we'd love it if you also made a donation to our Go Fund Me, which is supporting Beyond Blue.
It can be a once off donation, it can be $1 per class - whatever you wish, there is no limit or requirement. Even if you're not doing the classes, donations are wonderful. And if you're not in a position to donate, then please join the classes anyway for your own mental wellbeing.
If you've pre-paid for any of our regular mat pilates classes, and wish to donate the cost of your normal class ($10, thus taking a class off your pre-paid account), just send your instructor a message and let them know and we'll add it on for you.
Our class times from Monday 6th April are (AWST):
- Monday 5pm, with Kate
- Tuesday 5pm, with Kate
- Wednesday 6am, with Georgie
- Thursday 5:30pm, with Georgie
- Friday 9:00am, with Kate
