About the school
The St. Justines School was founded by Jema Magesa in July 2013 to help children who cannot get education due to a shortage of school places. Many of the children are poor or orphans and either worked or have been on the street without supervision. As the school provides free education, they are fully depending on volunteers and donations.
The St. Justine's School consists of a preschool and a primary school. Kids are legally required to attend the one-year preschool before being allowed to go to primary school.

Crowdfunding
The future of this community is mostly depending on these kids their education. As mentioned before, the school is depending on donations and volunteers in order to proceed and expand. Therefore, the goal of this crowdfunding is to raise the money needed in order to build a new double classroom. With a new double classroom, the school can provide education to 40 more kids. Also, different grades will be divided into their own classroom. This will help to improve the level of education.
The building of the new classroom can begin once half of the money needed has been raised. The progress of the crowdfunding and also the building process will be reported through a special Instagram account .
It will also be possible to easily come in contact with me (Marco, ambassador) or with the school's representative to ask questions about the project.
Expansion project
The school currently houses 67 pupils. This, unfortunately, only is a small proportion of the amount of children in the area. In order to expand, the school will have to build a new classroom. Below, you can see a visualisation and the calculation for the total costs of a new double classroom which can house up to 40 pupils:
