Steve's Emergency Bills

I'm Steve Davidson in Humble, Texas, and I will personally benefit from all funds raised. My electric provider Griddy has charged me $5395.00 for February 1-17 (the last few days at $9.00 per kilowatt hour) before I was able to switch to a new provider. On top of that, I have had pipes under the house burst and my well is frozen-up with who know what potential damages to the well. I have no clue as to what the cost will be for the pipes and possible well damage, I have guesstimated $2100 for these purposes and $5400 for the electricity. I'll be 70 years old in April and on Social Security, and don't know how I'm going to pay for these unexpected emergency expenses. Any and all help in the next 30 days will be most gratefully appreciated!
