Steven Amirault Jr. & Family

Hello Everyone,

This past Monday my 28 year old son had a major heart attack while driving, blacked out and crashed. No one else was involved thank goodness. There have been complications resulting from heart damage and a discharge date has not been planned at this point.
 
Here's a snapshot of Steven’s life.  He and his girlfriend have 3 year old twins with special needs.  She works part time. He does not have any short term disability.  Recently he had back surgery and their auto insurance lapsed just before this accident. Steven is a truck driver and according to the law will not be allowed to drive any more.  Among some of their immediate financial challenges are paying for the original tow, the garage storage (increasing daily) having the truck towed off of that property, having it looked at to determine repairs and fixing it if that's possible. Other needs would be temporary living expenses.

I've never asked for anything like this before nor has he.  It's very humbling but at this point I feel it is very necessary.  If you find yourself in a position to help, no matter how small please know that my family will be eternally grateful.
