Steve Martin's Retirement Donation

Steve Martin helped found the Center for Drug and Alcohol Studies thirty year ago. Since that time, Steve has been a pillar of the community as he has assisted in prevention efforts, helped bring prison-based drug treatment to Delaware, mentored countless graduate and undergraduate students and assisted state agencies in their efforts  to improve the lives of those in need. 

As he prepares to take a step back and devote more time to his family and personal pursuits, people asked about a gift to thank him for all he's done. When asked what he might like as a gift, he of course said "nothing."

So we have decided to set up a collection to gather funds which will be given to Steve to donate to the charity of his choice.

There is of course no need to donate, but if you would like to participate in a thank you gift for Steve, please consider a small donation. And as he has done his entire career, he will give it back to those who need it.

The fund will be open until September 30th, 2017.
