Help Sterling, Andrea, and Aubrey

Sterling Hunt is currently fighting for his life at Duke Hosptial. The situation is dire. He has suffered from viral myocarditis which has caused his left and right heart to fail very unexpectedly. He is 29 years old. Very soon he will need a heart transplant.

Currently, he is living through two pumps called an LVAD and an RVAD. He's been through 4 serious operations since last Thursday and is still unconcious. He's still in the ICU and is expected to remain here for some time.

Today, March 4th 2017, Sterling and Andrea had their first child, Aubrey. She is the most beautiful and wonderful light in a dark shadow of fear and uncertainty. We are all tremendously thankful that Aubrey and Andrea are healthy.

Your donations will go directly towards Sterling's medical expenses and will aid Andrea and baby Aubrey while Sterling is recovering and unable to work.

Even if you're unable to donate your thoughts and kind words mean the world to Sterling, Andrea, and Aubrey. They have a rough, rough road ahead of them.

I have known Sterling my entire life. He was always teaching me when we were growing up. We spent many years together playing Runescape even though we were separated by thousands of miles. I wanted to share some photos of him when we were children because I think they highlight the kind, loving, and happy person he is. He is so excited to be a father and I can't wait for him to have that chance.
