Sterling Cross Memorial Fund

Losing my dear Uncle Sterling, has been a significant loss to all of his family and loved ones.  We know alot of you are hurting as well, as the outpouring of love is evident in looking at the the family home full of your beautiful flowers, arrangements and cards of condolences.  Your love and  support during this difficult time, has been absolutely overwhelming and much appreciated. 

His Funeral service details are being finalized for next week and we would like to extend an invitation to any of you that would like to bid a farewell to a man that has touched so many with his positive attitude, his great personality and a laugh that could make the grumpiest of us crack-up right alongside him. There will be a service held here in California, followed by a second one one on the east coast. It was Uncle Sterling's wish to be buried in his birthplace, New Haven, CT.    

This has hit his adoring wife Erma and his four children, Steresha, Sterling Jr., Milo and Claryce, especially hard. `
While Erma has always been one to stand up for the next man,  lift a helping hand when needed and to open her door unselfishly, she just isn't one that would EVER ask anything in return. But I will...

I know that a number of you have expressed a desire to be of assistance in any way that you could, and many more of that were touched by Sterling also want to help.  Outside of dealing with all that comes with losing a husband and a father, one thing that each of us have the ability to impact is alleviating the burden of the cost of   two funerals on this family. With that said:
